How Do I Set Up the Document Templates?
To setup where the Templates would be stored for the Template Manager, go to Documents And Reports > Document Templates > Setup.
Choosing the Setup option will open the Document Templates Setup form in the maintenance module.
The Document Templates Setup window allows the administrator to choose the Templates Library Path which is the folder in which the templates will be stored.
The Display Templates with Prepopulated Bookmarks option allows all templates to be displayed with pre-populated bookmarks. This option gives the user the ability to print templates with pre-populated info in it. The reports do not have to be saved first for the bookmark to be appear.
The Max Number of Templates in Documents Viewer sets the maximum number of templates that are visible in the Documents Viewer.
