Audit Trails
The RamSoft system comes with the built in capability of auditing user activity within the system. It can generate Audit Trails which are reports for a selected time period, pertaining to a specific entity. An audit trail can be run on four different levels.
Patient level audit trails can be run in order to see a list of all the users that have accessed any data pertaining to the patient. The audit trail will show what actions the users performed and when they were done. Similarly Study level audit trails can be run in order to see a list of all the users that have accessed any data pertaining to the study. The audit trail will show what actions the users performed and when these actions were done.
