How Can I Monitor the Studies Received by the System?

The RamSoft software maintains a list of all the studies that are currently being received, are queued up to be received or have been received in the past. This list is accessible by clicking Settings > Logs > Communication > Receive Log tab.

The Receive Log is composed of two sections. The first section is found under the Pending tab. This section contains a list of all the studies that are queued up to be received, or are currently being received. Any study in the list can be removed by highlighting it and clicking the Delete button.

Clicking the Completed tab will open the list of all the successfully received studies.

Entries in the completed tab cannot be removed or modified. Only objects that have been successfully received will appear in this log. Since these are all incoming objects, there will be overlap with entries found in the Request Log. Any studies that have been requested and received will appear in both the Completed tab of the Transmit Log and the Completed tab of the Request Log.
