Account Deletion
For QliqSOFT Members
The following operations deletes the user account in QliqSOFT:
- Setting the RamSoft user's status to 'INACTIVE', OR
- Deleting the QliqSOFT Integration information for the RamSoft user.
Note the following scenarios when deactivating users or deleting QliqSOFT integration from users:
- If there are two (or more) users with the same E-mail and QliqSOFT integration was enabled on both, deactivating one of the RamSoft users will not delete the QliqSOFT account. In order to delete it, all users with that same E-mail address must be set to status 'INACTIVE' or have their QliqSOFT integrations deleted.
- Reactivating a user in RamSoft who has the Access Messaging privilege automatically recreates the user account in QliqSOFT. The old QliqSOFT password before the user was deactivated is retained.
- Deleting QliqSOFT integration for the user will delete the old QliqSOFT password; when re-adding the integration, a new random password will be generated and sent to the user's E-mail.
For QliqSOFT Non-Members
In order to delete a non-user QliqSOFT account, the account must be removed in the QliqSOFT administrator portal.
