Basic Working Procedures
This section explains basic working procedures so the user can navigate through RapidResults for locating studies, placing appointments, and accessing study images and reports.
The Launching RapidResults topic describes the procedure to launch RapidResults. The topics Viewing Latest Studies and Searching for a Study help you understand how to view latest studies and conduct a search using any or all of the following criteria like patient/study/facility details.
You can learn about the Emergency Access tab in the Emergency Access topic. The steps to request for an appointment are described in the topic Requesting an Appointment.
You can send and receive emails using the Messaging feature. The Viewing Study Images and Reports allows you to view the images captured during the examination/procedure and the reports on the image produced by the facility.
