Uncompressed

Digital data in uncompressed format.

Uninstall

Will remove the PowerReader client associated with the server the web page is referring to.

Uninstall All

Will remove all the PowerReader clients that have been installed on the machine.

UNKNOWN

The status displayed when the DICOM Heartbeat is not enabled for a particular station.

Unlock Toolbars

The option which allows toolbars to be unlocked and edited. Reached through Window - Toolbars - Unlock Toolbars.

URL

Uniform resource Locator

URL calls

During URL integration, the system can launch the system through the use of URL calls. These calls can allow other applications, such as a RIS, to automatically log into PowerReader and open the system to a specific study.

URL integration

PowerReader may be launched to open a specific patient or study by invoking it with an appropriate URL. A specific user login may also be provided through the URL . These features effectively provide a unique URL for each patient and study in the RamSoft software

The section of RamSoft Software which deals with integrating the URL integration tool.

Use Active Directory Authentication

The option allows only Active directory User names and passwords to be used for login.

Use Multiple Monitor Group

Checkbox that allows configurations that are specific to multiple monitors

User

An individual who has been granted access to the RamSoft software and can now use it under the role defined for him.

User List

A list of all users accessing the system.

A log containing all the users who have been merged

An option that allows the creation of a Worklist for a specific user of the system
