Verify Fee Schedule when posting charge

When posting charge is checked, RamSoft software will verify whenever a user posts a charge if the Procedure Code and Modifier combination in Study Info is correct. Otherwise, if left unchecked, the system would assume that the user has successfully posted a charge.
