Sending Messages for QliqSOFT Non-Members

QliqSOFT Non-Members only have access to the Contact List of other QliqSOFT Members. Non-Members can initiate a new message to QliqSOFT Members via the qliqCONNECT application. Non-Members cannot initiate a qliqSOFT message via PowerReader.
