How Can I Monitor the Studies Received by the System?

The RamSoft software maintains a list of all the studies that are currently being received, or have been received in the past. This list is accessible by clicking Settings > Logs > Communication > Receive Log tab.

The Receive Log is composed of two sections. The first section is found under the Pending tab. This section contains a list of all the studies that the station is currently receiving from another station.

Only objects that have been successfully received will appear in this log. Since these are all incoming objects, there will be overlap with entries found in the Request Log. Any studies that have been requested and received will appear in both the Receive Log and the Completed tab of the Request Log.

Clicking the button will open a listing of any errors or warnings that are associated with the sending of the study. These errors or warnings will also show up in the Error Log.

Clicking the Completed tab will open the list of all the successfully transferred studies.

This list will only contain studies that have fully received. Clicking the button will display any errors or warnings that occurred during the transfer. Entries in this list are a legal record and cannot be removed or edited.
