How Do I Send a Secure Email?
The Email tool is used to email a link to the current study. It uses the default MAPI email client set up in Windows. The Secure Email tool is used to send a link of the study to another user of the system.
To send a Secure E-mail

Open a desired study. Upon opening a study, Reporting Tools toolbar appears.

Click E-mail image(s)
icon available in the Reporting Tools toolbar.

Select the Secure E-Mail option. The Send E-Mail screen appears as follows:

Enter the recipient(s) email id in the Email Address field. Multiple recipients email address can be separated by using ";".

Type in the content of the mail in Notes section.

Click Send.
Note that the message "Email is required" is displayed when you are sending an Email whose Email Address contains only a semicolon (;).
When the recipient of the email clicks on the link, the RamSoft software login screen will be displayed. Once the recipient logs in, the emailed study will be displayed. The link that is sent in the email is based on the link that is used to launch PowerReader. This has to be a qualified domain name, otherwise the recipient of the email will not be able to use it.
This option is not available on RamSoft Gateway.
