| InCompleteByRadAndTech | You can generate a report by providing information in the following fields: • Facility • Department • Room • From Date • To Date • Reading Physician • Performing Technologist • Referring Physician • Display By: Reading Physician OR Performing Technologist • Type: All, Active OR Inactive • Output Type. By default, the output type is HTML (Paginated). | This report groups the studies by Reading Physician or Performing Technologist and displays the total number of incomplete Mammogram studies in each group, as well as the Month/Year. • If the Radiologist/Technologist name is unassigned to that study, then the Radiologist/Technologist name column is blanked (with a "-" (dash)) and studies are grouped by month/year. • The studies are out of the total number of studies assigned to each Radiologist/Technologist within the same month/year • Reports are sorted in order of the names * A Mammogram study is considered incomplete if the studies are unread (category is not selected / Radiologist has not yet reviewed the study) or if the studies are read but there has been no follow up study created yet. |

For the studies grouped under a Category, the following study information is displayed: • Patient Name • Age • Study Date • Description • Recommendations Summary If a Category is unassigned to a study, then the Category field is blanked (with a "-" (dash)). This report groups studies with "follow-up Study ID" set null. |
