Relevant Prior Prefetching refers to identifying any studies that constitute a prior for a study that will be distributed through routing, and distributing those priors along with the new one. This gives the users working with the studies immediate access to prior studies and eliminates the need for the manual recovery of these studies.
Relevant Prior Matching Provides a very powerful and flexible mechanism for identifying clinically relevant prior studies, both on the local server and configured remote system. These relevant priors are routed along with the original reference study. The reference study is the study for which relevant priors are being sought.
Relevant Resource Matching If Relevant Resource Matching is checked, then it will cause the scheduler to display only the resources with the same modality as the Scheduled Modality of the currently selected study in the Worklist. To be able to make modifications in the scheduler your user needs to have the Schedule Studies privilege which can be configured in Users and Facilities - Roles.
