• Diagnosis Code: code used to group and identify diseases, disorders, symptoms, and medical signs
• Description: description of diagnosis code
• Sex: sex of patient under going diagnosis
• Is Active: specifies whether the code is active
• Is Critical: determines whether study is a critical study
• Alert Message: patient alert message
