Audit Logs
The RamSoft PowerReader system comes with the built in capability of auditing user activity within the system. Audit Logs are reports pertaining to a specific entity for a selected time period. An audit log can be run on four different levels.
Patient Level Audit Log: view a list of all the users that have accessed data pertaining to a particular patient. Display actions performed by a user and the time when they were performed.
Study Level Audit Log: view a list of all the users who have accessed data pertaining to a study. Display actions performed by the user and the time when these actions were performed.
User Level Audit Log: individual system users can also be audited. Display data whereby a specific user has accessed the system to view patient data. Displays actions performed by the user on each study as well as where and when they were performed.
Print Log. This report is generated at the user level. It contains a listing of all the studies that the audited user has printed to the DICOM printer over a given date range.
