Zoom, Pan and Window Level Tool

This is a multi tool that utilizes all the buttons of the mouse. The Cursor is displayed as when the tool is selected. The mouse operations when the tool is selected is as follows:

• Left Mouse button and drag: Pan.
• Scroll Wheel: Zoom. See: Zoom on additional details on Zoom.
• Right Mouse button and drag: Window Level. See: Window Level on additional details on Windows Level.

The keyboard shortcut for enabling the tool is "Shift + Alt + F7".
