NewCrop Integration
The primary use of NewCrop is to perform computerized medication orders (CPOE), e-Prescriptions, medication entries and managing allergies for the patient. Note: Medication CPOE is an application that enables providers to enter Medication orders using a computer system that is located within an inpatient or ambulatory setting. This replaces handwritten prescriptions.
NewCrop is an electronic prescription software that provides the capability to maintain a list of allergies and medications for a patient. The software generates notifications on any Drug-Drug and Drug-Allergy interactions.
